    Dot fusible is currently the most commonly used coating production process in the production of interlining, woven dot fusing interlining include woven microdot fusible interlining and double dot interlining according to diffrent coating process. And for coating material, can chose PES for better water wash performance, and chose PA for better dry cleaning performance.

    5013 is a typical representative of woven dot fusible interlining, which use 50D woven plain weave base fabric, soft handfeel with limited elasticity, moderate in weight and thickness. It is very suitable for ordinary thin woven garments.

    • Fabric composition: 100% polyester;
    • Yarn count information: 50DX50D, plain;
    • Fabric width: 122cm/150cm;
    • Fabric+coating weight: 34+9=43gsm;
    • Coating: PES/PA, single dot or double dot are optional;
    • Thickness and handfeel: Thin and soft;
    • Elasticity: little elasticity in one way;
    • Thin, suitable for thin clothing;
    • Excellent bond on difficult fabrics such as viscose, acetate, cupro and coated fabrics;
    • Very comfortable to wear;
    • Soft with limited elasticity, comfortable texture;
    • Excellent quality base fabric, not easy to hook, no quality defect;
    • Only use original high quality PA, PES coating, good performance for water wash and dry cleaning;
